KINGSTON, Jamaica — Three men are reportedly dead following a shooting along Molynes Road in the vicinity of the Olympia Crown Hotel in St Andrew early Monday.
It is alleged that a member of the Jamaica Defence Force was driving his motorcar, accompanied by a woman, when he was shot at by two men on a motorcycle.
The police said the driver then used his vehicle to hit the men from the motorcycle in defence. The incident happened about 4:00 am.
The deceased have not yet been identified but police confirmed that the JDF member succumbed to his injuries along with his attackers.
The roadway has since been cordoned off to process the scene. Two guns have so far been recovered.
