TRELAWNY, Jamaica — The Trelawny Football Association Duncans Complex and Wykeham McNeill Major League is set to kick off Sunday with a doubleheader at the Trelawny Multisports Stadium in Florence Hall at 1:15 pm.
Harmony SC will meet Salt Marsh United in the opening game, followed by former champions Holland United taking on Duanvale FC in the second game.
Ten teams are taking part in the competition that is set to run until late June when the champions will be decided.
The teams are separated into two zones of five, and teams will play each other twice in the first round before the start of the playoffs, where teams finishing between third and sixth places will play a knockout for a spot in the semi-finals against the teams that had finished first and second.
Duanvale FC, Spicy Hill, Kinloss FC, Coopers Pen, and Holland United will contest Zone A, while Harmony, Jackson Town, Salt Marsh United, Invaders SC, and Our Kids Academy will be in Zone B.
