KINGSTON, Jamaica – In another big Grand Slam Track moment inside the National Stadium, world record holder and Olympic champion Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone delivered a world-leading 52.76 seconds clocking to take the win in the women’s 400m Hurdles event.
McLaughlin-Levrone did her damage early and powered through to the finish to cross the line ahead of old nemesis Dalilah Muhammad, 54.59 and two-time World Championships bronze medallist, Rushell Clayton.
The athletes will again compete on Sunday in the flat 400m.
