A video has gone viral with a man who is said to be a Top Scammer from Montego Bay, Jamaica grinding a dog.
The man was caught on a CCTV camera grinding the dog in the middle of the night.
According to residents, "The man is a well-known Mobay scammer and he is not a mentally ill person". He fled the neighborhood after the video went viral on social media. His friends nor family members haven’t heard from him since.
