Taxi Driver Charged with Murder

TAXI DRIVER CHARGED WITH MURDER

  Thirty-eight-year-old Allan Williams, otherwise called ‘Driver’, a taxi operator of Cheriton Road, Kingston 2 has been charged with Murder following the death of a man in his community on Friday, October 25.

Dead is 23-year-old Yousif Linton, otherwise called ‘Iceman’, of Cheriton Road, Kingston 2.

Reports from the Elletson Road Police are that about 11:30 p.m., Williams and Linton had an altercation during which Williams used a knife to stab Linton. The police were summoned and Linton was taken to the hospital where he died whilst undergoing treatment.

Williams was subsequently arrested and charged.

His court date is being arranged.
