Najeeriii’s Book of Bob arrives in March

Najeeriii.

Book of Bob is the title of the 12-track début album by Portmore-based deejay Najeeriii.

It is set for release next month via Zimi Records.

In an interview with the Jamaica Observer’s Splash on Thursday, Franc “Zimi Franc” White, who served as executive producer, shared details about the project.

“Najeeriii is much better with his clarity and overall delivery on the album. A lot of work went into the project as it relates to production, beat selection, recording, and song selection,” White told the Observer.

Book of Bob features collaborations with Skillibeng, Popcaan, Tarrus Riley, Bayka, Govana, and Trinidad-based soca artiste Yung Bredda.

Some of the tracks include the recent chart-topper 1Rifle, Head High, Ariba, Big Robba, Start E Vybz, Steam, and Club.

Additional producers who contributed to Book of Bob, include Christon Forbes, Shakespeare, and YC.

Said White: “It’s always a pleasure working with Najeeriii because he’s very understanding.”

Najeeriii, real name Najeeri Smart, is a former student of Calabar High School.

The 19-year-old exploded onto the music scene in 2023 with the summer hit Paddle Boat, which White produced. His subsequent hit songs include Like Bob, Phat Phat, Polkadot, Barbie, and Gyal Haffi Ben.
